Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage uses different levels of pressure to help your body to shift from pain and discomfort, into realignment with itself, and if needed, will also include a positional release form of therapy that can help the receiver to correct a chronic holding patterns. Pregnancy / Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy or Prenatal Message is a combination of Swedish and Therapeutic bodywork in a position that is supported by pillows for the mother’s comfort.  The focus of this massage is to relax muscle tension, reduce back and joint pain, ease pelvic pressure, and improve circulation and better sleep.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a modality that deals with reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs, and parts of the body. In this unique method, the therapist’s thumbs and fingers are used to apply specific pressure to these reflex points, which triggers release of stress and tension in the corresponding area or body region.
